The Alliance of Derry Taxpayers will be hosting a forum for District 1 House of Representative Candidates on Thursday, August 12th at 7:00 pm, at the Marion Gerrish Community Center. All 6 candidates were invited to attend, and 3 have been confirmed - Rich Ashooh, Bob Bestani, and Peter Bearse. In addition, Jay Ruais will be attending on behalf of Frank Guinta. Each candidate will be speaking to the group for 10 minutes, followed by a question and answer session. Anyone interested in learning more about these candidates, or the Alliance of Derry Taxpayers is encouraged to attend.
